I've submitted various ER's (Enhancement Requests). In my customer portal, I can look at my list of SR's (Service Requests) and SPR's (Software Performance Reports). However, I want to submit an SR, and it will only let me if I go to "My SR's" under "Beta Program" on the left, which is only for SW2010.

So how do I submit a bug for SW2009?
