I am a fairly new user to Flow Simulation.  I am trying to run a thermal simulation of an electronics module.  I have several electrical components that are produce heat.  It seems like the best way to simulate these is to set them up as 2-resistor components.  But I don't always have data for the junction-board and junction-case thermal resistances from the manufacturers of the components.  The manufacturers sometimes give other thermal resistances (junction-air, junction-case-top, junction-case-bottom), or thermal characterization numbers, but I don't know what to do with these values.  How do I use this info, or set up these components in some other way?
