When dimensioning between two concentric arcs, I used to be able to rotate leaders (as in the image LikeThis.gif), but now I can only make the leaders horizontal/vertical (as in the image NotLikeThis.gif). Is there a setting that allows you to rotate leaders in this situation?

Also I thought there was a way to remove the extension lines so that the leaders would touch the two arcs. Is there a setting to allow this as well?
