So how do I rotate an assembly 90 degrees around the X axis for a CircuitWorks Assembly to work correctly?

I can do is easily in the parts mode with the move/rotate body command, but don't know how with an assembly.

Or maybe there is a way to redefine the coordinate system like Inventor CAD can do to redefine the base view.

The parts in the assembly are "fixed" and not mated.
