I have this : but I want the balloon captured 24 to be on the SAME LINE as the (obround "encircled") INSPECTION dimension but NOT WITHIN the INSPECTION obround.   All SWX will give me is this: .  Is there some script I can stick in the text line to END the obround inspection bubble?
