How do I make sure that solidworks 2019 SP uses good amount of CPU while working in large assemblies Currently the usage is going upto only 10 and the large assmebly which is a small factory is not rotating and hence i am not able to work kindly help

When i open the assembly the , assembly takes 5 mins to open and after that i am not able to rotate or zoom into the assembly to make changes , when i check the task manager it shows cpu usage up to only 10% , i have changed the all settings but no help.
