I have a part that was designed in context from an assembly.  I then saved the virtual part in an external file.  I want to make a simple drawing of this part orientated differently than the default way it comes into the drawing.  I made a coordinate system with the orientation I want but do not know how to get it that way on my drawing.  See the attached pictures.  I want the 2 holes to be on the vertical Y axis.  Thanks in advance for any help.
