I am trying to create a rudimentary motorbike helmet for a driver mannekin.  I cannot find a way to loft the chin-guard of the helmet - here the form between the ellipse on the Top Plane and the ellipse on Plane 1.

I assume it can be done if I push the right buttons.  Would some kind soul tell me which buttons to push?
