I've downloaded the 3dexperience installer. Clicking install from the browser on the products i have purchased initiates another download of the installer. i can never click continue. Sometimes it is not grayed out for some reason. I click it and nothing happens. I uninstall 3dexperience. I reinstall it. It never works.
