After watching the presentation on Using Solidworks EPDM Templates by Kevin Holbrook of Cad Dimensions Inc., I tried to follow his steps on getting a Part Template from EPDM to show up in the new documents window in solidworks (roughly 40mins into the presentation).  What I get instead is the following error, and there is no new enterprise pdm tab shown.  Anyone have any ideas?
