Does anyone know how to get rid of markers that show up in my file when I publish to a pdf file?  I put together a nice step-by-step work instructions in an smgXml file.  When I publish it to a pdf file, it looks good.  But, there is a horizontal toolbar (?) visible at the bottom with a few markers labelled in them.  I don't know how they got there, and I don't want them visible or available to folks on the shop floor when I push this file to them.

Anyone know how to get rid of them?  I'm not sure I know what I did to create them in the first place.
