I want to turn my axis to uniform my drawings, so i thought to dissolve the assembly in another assembly, but i lose all configurations.

Is there a manner to turn/ replace the basic/default axis (for example to turn the basic axis 90 degrees around the y  axis ?) or to insert the assembly easy in another assembly with keeping assemblies ?
