How can I create the large feature shown in this picture using SW2010? I believe that 2011 has the ability to create this as a normal edge flange feature using a non planar edge, but is it possible in 2010?

Also, I can only seem to create the smaller feature as an extrude, not as an edge flange feature with the result that "Flatten" does not work and returns an error "This part contains features that cannot be unbent"
