I made up a bunch of 2d-engineering drawnigs  and saved them as E-drawings, I now have to make a little change by inserting a little note. However the original solid works files are deleted and I need to convert e-drawings back to solid works drawings to insert this note, or is there another way to edit e-drawings?

please help.......
