I am having a problem converting the attached part into sheet metal. I need to use Aluminum 8 gauge, .1285 thickness. I am getting "Cannot be a Bend Edge as there is a face for this edge which is non-planar" error. The bend radius is .0625 and I am needing to keep the shape of the part as is. It seems Solidworks does not like the front face, whereas it will use the Top, Bottom, and Side.
