I have a resistor symbol which includes the attributes #TD_2 and #TD_3, which according to information from GoEngineer, for a resistor should link to the Power and the Resistance ratings coming from the Manufacturers Part number data.

It is a specialty part which I entered manually. I want to add the rating values to the manufacturers part number so it propagates to the symbol when I assign the part number. I am unclear on how to do this. How do I get to the #TD attributes from the Manufacturer parts manager?
