the animation of SolidWorks is very fast and is difficult to grasp which part goes where!
if it was possible to control the time and speed of this animation, it would help to understand it better.
in simple parts its not so important but when the part gets complicated, it is necessary to understand which part of flat pattern is corespondent with which part in 3D Form
