Good afternoon,

As part of my university studies I am trying to simulate the heat distribution over a single cylinder engine.

I have purchased the book "Thermal Analysis with Solidworks Simulation 2014" and I have worked through the examples of thermal studies in there but haven't come across a solution to my problem.

With this engine there is a cooling fan driven off of the crankshaft - I would like to simulate the cooling effects of this fan at different RPM's of the engine.

It is not just a flow simulation as the engine has thermal studies running on it also.

Is this possible to acheive in Solidworks, if so, how should I go about it please?
