Often, I'll leave Solidworks open on my computer overnight and in the morning, the file name will have an asterisk next to it, indicating that a change has been made since the part was last saved.  Is there a way to see what these changes are?  When I go to close the file, I'm prompted to save and I'm not always sure if I do want to save or not.  Thanks in advance
