How can I move one point with the rest of the sketch to a desired co-ordinate?

I am an absolute beginner trying to do this tutorial thinking it would just take me an hour: http://learnsolidworks.com/tutorials/01_PROPELLER_TUTORIAL.pdf
Then I realized creating the 3 point rectangle and putting in the right place cannot be done intuitively, atleast according to my inferior intuition...

I want to be able to move a sketch of a rectangle to a specific co-ordinate. I thought I could just click on a point and change the coordinate and the whole shape would move with it but i find certain parameters just wont change even though they are not greyed out. I can change the angle but thats it. One point insists on staying fixed and I don't know how to unfix it.

This is obviously an incredibly sophisticated program, so I guess something so simple is more sophisticated than it may seem.
