How can i link composer bom to excel - trying to create an assembly manual in adobe indesign.

I can bring in bom from solidworks program but we are omitting the fasteners and hardware from the assembly print - so when i

bring into composer i bring in the assembly part numbers, and part numbers for parts - no hardware or fastener part numbers.  I would like the composer bom

which reflects the drawing minus the hardware to be linked - any thoughts
