first off: I'm a newby of Sw.. hope to don't do stupid question.

How can I create a "hybrid table" between "hole table" and "bom table"? I need to make an hole table from an assembly (sheet metal + Pem insert) and I'ld like to show in the table "Pem Insert SO-M4......blablabla" instead of "hole D5.2 throu...blablabla", practically the name of the insert instead the name of the feature "hole for..".
