Hello,

About a week ago, I started getting a message telling me I need to update to Hotfix 1.6 when I launch SW.  When I click the Update button, an empty 3DEXPERIENCE window briefly appears on screen then closes without installing the update. I can then launch SW again and it starts. But I'm still on Hotfix 0.12 and in a few days installation will be required and I'm afraid my SW won't work anymore. 

Has anyone else run into this?
