Can anyone offer me any ideas?

Hotfix 1.8 hasn't worked. I still get the same non-starting problem as before.

I have tried a full re-installation but it won't uninstall, falling over with this error message before dropping out of the installer.

I really need my Maker 2026 back up and running ASAP, but at the moment I'm stuck in a loop of things not working, and I can't get anywhere.

Help!
