I have two sheet metal parts abutting each other.  From the front, the larger holes are concentric with the smaller holes and behind them.  However, in the drawing, neither of the holes appear as object lines (they're very thin lines, especially the smaller holes in front).  I can dimension the holes, but I cannot convert entities.  And I cannot make them into object lines.

It does not matter if the holes are Up to Next, or 10" beyond the edge of the part.  They are not on a different layer.  Viewing sketches does nothing.  Nobody around here has seen this, let alone know what to do about it.

I'm baffled; hopefully somebody in ForumLand is not.
