Sometimes lately, when many of the engineers open a drawing, the dimensions (and sometimes hole labels) are not visible until mouseover or they are selected.  It does not seem to matter who made the initial drawing, but they usually look fine my my PC (but not the engineers'). 

We do not use layers, generally
