We were previously running SolidWoks 2011 and received the upgrade for 2012 version. In the SolidWorks portal it shows that we are licensed for the 2012 version. A couple of users installed 2012 adn when they attempted to launch it they got the following error:

Could not obtain a license for SolidWorks Standard.

License server does not support this version of this feature.

The SNL Server needs updating, please contact your network

I logged into the license server and checked for updates. It downloaded and installed a new update for the licensse manager but it dod not resolve the issue.

I looked in the knowledgebase and it looks like I need to download a new license file and install it on the license server. Where/how do I go about doing that?
