Is there a means to default to high quality (shaded views and cosmetic thread) when creating new views in a drawing template.  There is a setting which seems like it would do that in Document Options under Drawings --> Display Styles, but it has no effect on new views.  They are still always low quality.   The low quality is almost never useful to me, so having to uncheck it every time is very tedious.
