Is there a way to only show non toolbox items in a BOM?

we would like to have one general bom on the first sheet of an assembly drawing, just to make sure every item is at location to start the assembly.

on the other following sheets we want to show views with details of the assembly including ballooning of non toolbox parts + bom.

All toolbox parts are ballooned with the item number in the balloon. That way the person doing the assembly doesn't have to look into the bom to know which fastener they need.

any suggestions?
