When we do IK test there is no way we can simulate in solid works. In IK 05 test the steel ball (250 gm) is dropped from a certain height (280 mm) on plastic part and based on physical rupture the pass or fail is described. It seems very easy test in practical but unfortunately this is destructive. However in software (sold works) I tried with velocity and height test method but in both the cases I am unable to fix the plastic part and drop ball on it. Can any one help????
