every few minuets the solidworks stops working and writing me the next message: "An error has occurred and SolidWorks needs to restart. SolidWorks will attempt to recover your work on restart if there is recovery data available."

does anybody has any idea what can i do to solve it?

I'm adding 2 photos of my screen when it shows the message.
