friend give me couple models (3d) that i need at home ,but it's hard to read them

i use console at work (solidworks 2014 on it) i can separate  peaces from main model

and that was it ,

do i need to export each peace out of sw to have 1 model only for 2d drawing or ?

and second how to make from that one 3d peace ,2d draw (for printing) with measures ?

in acad i can flatten it but ,that can be wierd some time
