I have remade the channels but I am having trouble making the wells sit higher than the channel. My original channel depth was set at 0.1mm and diameter 0.25mm. What I am trying to do is where the channel meets the wells I want the wells raised like maybe 0.50mm, is that possible? I have spent a while trying to do this and I'm getting really confused @KevinChandler @CarrieIves Any help would be greatly appreciated!
