I'm trying to write a simple iif in equations option but to no avail

I searched and searched and I have problems finding iif info in the help

the statement that I'm trying to use is

"D1@Extrude1"=IIF("D2@Sketch2"/10<10,10,"D2@Sketch2"/10)

i.e if D2/10 < 10 then D2 = 10 else  D1=D2/10
