Help with CFD Simulation

Hi everyone,

I’m working on a CFD simulation of a hot air dryer that consists of 8 fans, a recirculation system, an exhaust duct at the top, and two inlets near one of the ends. I modeled the exhaust and inlets as environmental pressure conditions since they are open to the air. I’d like to confirm if this is the correct approach for boundary conditions.

For the fans, I used the internal fan modeled with the manufacturer’s fan curve, extracting the static pressure vs. flow rate data from the graph using PlotDigitizer. However, I keep getting the warning: "Mass flow rate is out of fan curve capacity" for 3 out of 8 fans, and I’m not sure what’s causing this or how to fix it.

Could this be due to the way I set up the boundary conditions, or is there something I should check in the fan definition? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
