I'm looking for CPU and mother board recommendations for a new computer build. I don't render and I build small to medium size assemblies in the 200 parts range.  Occasionally I'll need to work on something sizable.  Needs to run Windows 11

I don't want to break the bank so I'm currently looking at the following...

Intel Core i7-12700KF 3.6 GHz 12-Core Processor

MSI PRO B760-P WIFI DDR4 ATX LGA1700 Motherboard

Any thoughts on this?  Suggestions of less expensive with same or better performance welcome.
