I have this sheet metal part, it has edge flanges incorporated in.  My goal is to make it so that the inside edges of each flange comes together and touches.  So that when the guys in the shop weld it they can run a fillet down the corner fromt the outside.

There has to be a way to do and I am sure it has something to do with the corner treatment.

Any help greatly appreciated.
