Selecting tutorials from the help menu (upper right) doesn't work. When selected, the main window reduces in size and a "busy ring" spins for a few seconds, but nothing appears.

Any ideas? It seems that answers on the forum are at least years old.

Installed chrome browser and set it as default. Relaunched SOLIDWORKS Design and this time the SolidWorks CEF viewer launched (buried somewhere on the Win11 desktop, but was able to recover it through right click -> maximize window)
