I'm having a very hard time trying to figure out how to remove the gray appearance on my assemblies when I have the part hidden and then shown as the motion study progresses.  I expand the tab in the tree and hit remove appearances.  Next I hit play on the motion study, runs just fine.  Play it a second time, or rewind the motion study to before the part and it changes back to gray.  In the model tab, the part is not gray, it is showing the correct appearances.  In the motion study, I expand the part item to see the move, explode, appearances areas, there is nothing under appearances to delete or modify, its just blank.  See attachment.

I need to get this figured out because I will be presenting this to the customer in a few days, and I have a very large assembly that this is happening to.

The task is to create a video showing how our product is assembled.  So as the video goes, the parts will show up according to the order of assembly.
