in assembly i have a complex sheet metal part 

hi below is what i would like to do

extrude a sketch up to complex surface

then look at the form tools in a seperate drawing  so i can manufacture tools

what is the correct method for doing this ?

so basically instead of drawing part then putting it into assembly ,i would like to do the reverse
