Hey everyone,
I'm working on a water purifier design and could really use some help! I was given three solid bodies (a pump, a filter, and an electrical supply) as a base and tasked with building a concept around them. I've started knitting the surfaces where I could, but I’m running into trouble with some areas that just won’t knit together.
Here’s what I need to do:
- Knit all surfaces into a single, continuous body if possible, or at least get everything connected to form a solid.
- Convert the knitted surfaces into a solid body, so I can add wall thickness and fillets where needed.
- Apply surface fillets—I learned they might be useful here, but they aren’t working as expected in my model.
Additionally, I need to separate out specific parts (the leaking tray, water supply, and front panel) so that users can easily remove the front panel for filter changes.
Any guidance on troubleshooting the knitting process or converting to a solid would be greatly appreciated! I’ll attach my model here for reference.
Thanks so much in advance!
