I just switched from SW 2007 to 2010 (long story), and I have been setting things up.  I switched the workspace to dual monitor, but I was stupid because I did so while I had the measure tool dialog window open.  Now, when I select Tools->Measure, I can measure things, but the measure dialog window is off-screen somewhere so I can't change any of the measure tool settings.  I have tried switching back to single monitor, windows->cascade, etc., etc., but I can't get my measure tool window back.  Anyone know how to get it back?
