Could someone take a look at loft 23 in the part I've attached.  It is directly identical to loft 20 and on loft 20, I have added a fillet with value 0.2 at the base between the faces (fillet 3).  I tried to add the same fillet to the corresponding edge on loft 23, but solidworks wont allow me to do so.  It is very puzzling.
