I am trying to model a shell-tube heat exchanger with water flowing through the tubes and steam entering the shell. The flows are relatively correct, with some adjustments needed with baffles, but I can't model the plots or flows correctly?

Right now, whenever I try to simulate the flow for steam or water, it gives me the results of the very last iteration, 181, instead of the entire timeline or a specific choice of iteration. Every time I ran the full results, the iterations total changes each time too. I created subdomains for the tubes and shell, water and steam respectively, inlet flow conditions, atmospheric outlet conditions, and applied material to all of the parts.

How do I show the streamlines and temperatures of the streams throughout time?
