OK, this is really strange. I am using version 2008 and I am trying to create a drawing of a part, and when I try to dimension the holes in this part, my leader (just the arrow)disappears into the center of the circle and will not remain on the outside of the circle. The only way that all of the leader (with the arrow) shows is if I pull the dim vertical, if I slide the dim right or left the arrow moves into the center of the hole and the arrow no longer is visible. For some reason this is the only part that I have this trouble with, which is leading me to believe that the problem is with the model.

Hope this wasn't too confusing, this was very hard to describe.
