Have downloaded the lesson model files Solidworks says cannot open Initial lessons New to solidworks going thru tutorials before students

New to solidworks. I have downloaded the lesson/model files from the educator resorce file. Solidworks says "cannot open initial lessons. What am I doing wrong? Thanks
