Since upgrading from 2012 to 2015, my company has noticed troubling performance issues.  The icon just sits and spins for 3-5 minutes on some assemblies when opening, saving, rebuilding, moving parts, adding mates, you name it and SWX just locks up!  I've even copied files onto local drive and have the same result.  Every new release this is a struggle.  The newer version is slower, the mates are dumber.  I went through this in 2012 when my VAR and I were butting heads because I blamed it on SWX and they blamed it on my computer but the problem was fixed when SWX finally released an updated graphics card driver.  I've already downloaded the latest drivers available for 2015 but I'm going to check it again.  I will be giving SWX the poorest rating available once again for this years release.
