Has anyone done an ROI on this forum?

Has anyone at DSS looked at how much money this transition is really costing them? The previous forum daily answered many questions. The previous forum created solutions that in many cases even VAR's could not come up with or answer. Hundreds of macros, work arounds, special approaches, tricks, training....all for free.

Today, guess what. Many of the questions being answered here are being answered by VAR's and DS employees. This is no longer a place were individuals can reasonably answer questions, share approaches etc etc. Much if not all of this burden will now lie at the feet of DS employees here or in more phone calls and E-mails to VAR's.

So you have the cost of implementation of this forum which seems to be quite considerable compared to just actually implementing a standard forum platform plus the cost of the additional support burden due to a considerable community support loss.
