How do you all handle your hardware?

In my old CAD system, I had a different model for each type of hardware (cap screw, carriage bolt, lock washer, etc.) and a configuration for each size. This made it easy to change size and swap them out.

I figured I'd do it the same way in Solidworks, but I wondered what other people do.
