I have retired 'cutomer portal' and there is no way to contact any 'technical support.'  how do I get hold of someone who can help me download my purchased software?  It seems like solidworks website does everything it can to deflect the old customer who just wants to download software again. There's absolutely no way to get hold of anyone.  there is this 'contact form' which you fill out but it never submits.  this is very frustrating. I regret buying solidworks.
